Built around a Minnesota export-import framework, TradeGPT helps startups, SMEs, students, faculty, and trade professionals explore trade between Minnesota, the United States, and markets worldwide.
Ask about market analysis, competitive positioning, export-import planning, customs, logistics, and international trade education.
Business mode: evaluate markets and develop practical export-import plans.
Changing mode starts a new conversation.
Institutional partnerships and programs
Practical trade learning and SME assistance for universities, chambers of commerce, export promotion agencies, and entrepreneurship programs.
Attribution, permissions and distribution
TradeGPT was developed by Dr. Mykola Megits. Retain this attribution when sharing program materials and AI-assisted reports. Organizational names and branding require authorization from their respective owners. Using this tool does not establish a partnership or imply endorsement.
A program coordinator can guide cases and review outputs; participants can use the public tools. Branding and analytics administration remain with the deployment administrator. Choosing a pathway does not grant administrator access.
This edition provides public access. Share its program entry link through an authorized institutional webpage, LMS, workshop or member newsletter. Private student/member workspaces and organizational sign-in are not included. Avoid entering confidential business or student/client records.
Guided export readiness assessment
Answer a few questions to receive a tailored readiness report with strengths, gaps, and practical next steps. No prompt writing required. Responses are self-reported planning inputs; this assessment does not certify export readiness or verify regulations.
Your answers remain in this tab until refresh. Avoid confidential information. Save the final report with the Word/PDF report builder below.
Regional trade assistance
Select a pathway and describe your trade opportunity to prepare focused guidance. Both Business and Education modes use your selected answer language.
Ask TradeGPT
Usage analytics, when enabled: daily aggregate question counts, broad topics, requested languages, response outcomes and token/cost estimates. No question text, answers, business profiles or visitor identifiers are saved in these analytics. Chat processing and the existing rate limiter are separate.

Quick Start — Try an Example

AI responses may be inaccurate or outdated. Verify tariffs, regulations, and trade data with official sources. Avoid sharing confidential information.
Interactive export calculators
Explore costs, prices, exchange-rate scenarios, and break-even volumes. Calculations run in your browser without AI calls. The figures below are editable examples, not quotations or current tariff/exchange-rate data.
“Verified by user” records your source and date; TradeGPT does not independently verify these inputs. Recheck classification, origin, destination, valuation, tax rules, quote direction and applicable dates before a transaction. These tools do not determine customs classification or legal requirements.
Downloadable export reports
Build an editable market-entry assessment, competitor comparison, regulatory checklist, or export business plan. Download a real Word (.docx) file or open a print view to save as PDF. Report assembly runs in your browser with no extra AI calls or third-party services.
Start with a template, write your findings, or prepare a prompt for Ask TradeGPT and import its answer. Importing attaches the answer with its source and review notes; it does not automatically complete the sections. Review before sharing. Unsaved edits are lost on refresh. Avoid confidential information.

Official Trade Statistics Explorer — Version 22
Import a verified CSV extract from Minnesota DEED or the U.S. Census Bureau to chart actual merchandise export values. No AI-generated statistics are substituted. This first release processes data locally in your browser; it does not yet fetch the databases automatically.
Use numeric USD values without thousands separators (or quote CSV values). Accepts 2010–2026 and up to 250 rows; duplicates are rejected. Country names must match consistently. Paste figures copied from a government data download; do not type illustrative figures and label them official. Trade figures remain unverified by this website.
Official U.S. Export Statistics Explorer — Version 22.3
Explore official U.S. Census export data for Minnesota across 96 HS product chapters. Compare annual exports by destination and product category, view bar charts, and download CSV results. Figures reflect Minnesota as the state of origin of movement, not necessarily production.
Live retrieval has not yet been tested on your Worker. The feature does not use AI tokens.
Source: U.S. Census state exports by HS. The Census API may return an error or lack a requested period; in that case, use the existing verified-source CSV explorer. This pilot does not infer missing values or silently substitute estimates.
Build charts, infographics and supply-chain diagrams from supplied data. Example values are illustrative.
SVG exports are available for charts, infographics and supply-chain diagrams. Verify values and sources before publication.
